Hey I’m Marita
As a nutrition & lifestyle coach and yoga teacher, I love to bring both the joy of food and movement to my clients.
I help women going through peri-menopause & menopause take back control of their bodies in a holistic way so they can prioritise what makes them feel good.
To understand what's happening with my body and to help explain to others I have completed an IHS (Institute of Health Sciences) short course in Simple steps: Peri-menopause & menopause awareness.
I’m passionate about helping women like you, step away from the vicious circle you find yourself in right now with fad diets, feeling stressed and overwhelmed and unhappy about your body and health all the time.
I totally understand how this feels. I’m in my mid 50s now and I’m fitter and healthier than I’ve ever been. But when I was in my 20s & 30s, I used to make bad food choices (think lots of ultra-processed food!) and did zero exercise.
I always felt guilty and unhealthy. But not anymore.
I live to eat not eat to live
I now understand how food & movement has a major impact on the body. I now only want to eat the best I can afford, improve my gut health and move in the best way for me to feel fitter & stronger.
I'm passionate about helping you prioritise your health and well-being. I’m here to guide and help you in your journey to self-improvement. You'll start to feel like you’re moving up your never-ending to-do list, feeling empowered and ready for your life ahead of you!
Working with me can help you make small, sustainable, positive lifestyle changes just like I have: take back control of your life and start to feel more energised, confident and positive about yourself.
It’s time to start loving yourself from the inside out: we will work together to help you move forward to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Early bird, I get a lot done in the morning and afternoon to look forward to a relaxing evening watching a box set.
Cycling or yoga?
Both, albeit on an indoor bike, I feel safer!
My happy place is… having a meal with family and friends and Orlaith (my cockapoo) at our feet.
My favourite place to visit is… North Cornwall (out of season), my husband and I love being beside the sea, we enjoy finding new amazing places to eat and revisiting the ones we have already found.
