  • 1 x 60 min ‘get to know you’ session where I’ll find out more information from your completed 3-day food diary and questionnaire and go away to create the perfect plan for you 

  • 1 x 60 min session to share your personalised plan with you so that you will get the results needed to move forward 

  • 5 x 45 min check-in sessions over the 6 months to see how you’re doing and troubleshoot any issues, keeping you accountable to making those sustainable changes that will get you big results   

  • 1 x 60 min yoga session with a 10 min mindfulness practice included

  • Personalised meal plans and recipes

  • Mid-session access via What’s App

Meet Morita Moran Nutrition Coach

I’m a qualified nutrition & lifestyle coach and yoga teacher and I’m passionate about helping other women to prioritise what makes them feel good.

Having been on my own health journey I know that choosing to look after myself by making better food and lifestyle changes was the best decision I ever made. 20 years on I can honestly say I feel better now than I did in my 30s and have found joy in my journey with food and movement.

I’d love to help you do the same.

    Enrich your Life builds on those foundations helping you to make long-term changes that will serve you and your family well in the future.

  • I absolutely agree there is plenty of information out there on the web about how to improve your health. But ask yourself a few questions first:

    Would you know where to start and in what order to do things in?

    Would you know what’s relevant to you?

    Could you stop yourself from going down lots of rabbit holes and getting frustrated?

    Would you actually implement the tips you find?

    When you invest, you invest in someone like me who will gather all the relevant information and be a crucial part of your accountability.

    How many times have you said to yourself things like “I'll start tomorrow or Monday” or “I’ll definitely get fitter this year” or “I’ll start eating healthier.” But nothing really changes and you go back to the status quo and feel like you have failed yourself month after month, sometimes year after year.

    Working with someone like me can help you have more sense of accountability. Things won’t be easy (change is usually challenging) but having someone to be accountable to can make a world of difference and help you make those sustainable changes to enrich your life.

  • I can't give you a definitive answer as it's different for everybody but you certainly will have to make time to at least think about the proposed changes. We will work together on SMART actions and see what works best for you.

  • Spending money on your self-care is likely a new thing for you to think about let alone do something about. I completely understand that it feels big expensive!

    Let's reframe that statement and see working with me as an investment in yourself, having a happier, healthier you and a more fulfilled life over the coming years, would that change things for you?

    Another way to look at it is to ask yourself is there anything that I spend my disposable income currently that could take a back seat? Anything that you think may make you feel better & healthier but leaves you back in the same place mentally and physically after a few days or weeks?

    Prioritising your money into something different could be exactly what you need, if nothing changes, nothing changes!

  • My packages are designed to help you stay accountable and focused, which is why I would recommend we meet regularly to track your progress and tackle any problems and stay within the time frame. Putting making changes on the long finger never really gets you anywhere - we all say “oh I’ll do that next week” and yet we hardly ever do! I don’t want that for you.

    If you enjoy working with me on one of these packages and you find that you would like to continue with the support and accountability, we can certainly look at booking in another 3/6 months.

    We’ll always discuss what the best way forward for you is at the end of our time together.

  • All packages are paid for in advance and appointments are scheduled usually well in advance too.

    I do understand that unexpected things can happen and appointments need to be rearranged, I do kindly ask that you can give me at least 48 hours’ notice so no charges are incurred.
